Lets look at this union thing with the vision of the gop. You bust the unions then you end up with good employees leaving. Then you end up with a bunch of lazy public works dead heads and then you reason it time to privatize.
And with the proper insider trading the gope ends up with even more monies and you end up with a group on non-English speaking public works employees. ta daa!
